What’s inside
MonetrixOS builds the system for you: tabs, columns, pick-lists and formulas that already work together.
Net worth, income and spending for any period, broken down by category and by member.
Type a description and MonetrixOS picks the category, learning from what you’ve entered before.
An alert before you overspend. A fresh start every month.
How much to save each month, and how far you’ve come.
Net worth, this month’s spending, cash flow and budget alerts at a glance — in a sidebar right next to your sheet.
English, French, Spanish and Arabic. In Arabic the sidebar reads right to left; the sheets keep their usual layout.
Every day, recurring items that are due are added to your transactions.
What you owe, what you’ve paid and what’s left, for every loan.
Share your workbook like any Google Sheet — with a partner, your family, your household.
Your financial data never leaves your Google Sheet.
MonetrixOS only opens the spreadsheet it runs in. It has no access to the rest of your Google Drive.

Try it
Pick a sample or type your own: the workbook and the sidebar do the rest.
Demo with sample data · nothing is sent anywhere
Your workbook, with the MonetrixOS sidebar open beside it.
Pick a sample above, or type your own. The new row types itself into Transactions, then the Dashboard and the sidebar catch up.
Illustration. This demo matches a few keywords. The add-on picks the category by learning from what you’ve entered before.
Four steps
Four steps from checkout to a finished workbook.
Pay $9.99 once. Your licence key arrives by email, with getting-started instructions.
Your licence email explains how.
Read the install guideOpen MonetrixOS in your workbook, give Google permission once, and enter your licence key.
Three steps — language and currency, members, build — and your workbook is ready.
Before you buy
Any currency you like, one per workbook. During setup you enter its 3-letter code (e.g. USD, EUR, MAD), and you can change it later in Settings.
The sidebar is designed like a phone app, but it runs in Google Sheets on a computer. Your workbook is a normal Google Sheet, so you can still open it in the Google Sheets app on your phone; the MonetrixOS sidebar and menu aren’t available there.
Yes. One licence covers one workbook, shared by up to 5 people. Share it like any Google Sheet; each person gives Google permission once, from their own account.
No. All sales are final, so please read the docs before you buy. If you’re unsure whether MonetrixOS fits, email support@monetrixos.com first.
Every future update is included. Workbook updates change the sheet structure so new features work; your transactions, budgets, loans and other data are not touched. Making your own copy first is still a good idea.
